Welcome!

Hello. I am Lani Neala, the owner of Amberlayne Creations. I am happy you have decided to join our blog! We hope to share ideas, tips, information, events and interesting content that everyone will enjoy.

Who Are We?

We are a jewelry company whose focus is on creating unique, handcrafted pieces of Jewelry Art. We aim to provide you with beautiful jewelry that you will never find anywhere else. You will never see mass productions, reproductions of other pieces or "cookie cutter" designs. Each piece is as unique as the person who wears it!

As our About Us page states:

"Artistic expression comes in many forms. Jewelry making provides a unique form of art in which the creator can combine design, color, shape and medium and turn it into a wearable display.

Wikipedia states that:

"Art jewelry is one of the names given to jewelry created by studio craftspeople. As the name suggests, art jewelry emphasizes creative expression and design, and is characterized by the use of a variety of materials."

The mission at Amberlayne Creations is to create "Art Jewelry" that can be worn every day. Through experimentation, I have developed a love for restoring old jewelry and using it to create new pieces. Whether new or recycled, you can be assured that every piece of jewelry is created with love."

Why Recycle?

We believe in preserving our earth's resources. When possible we use recycled materials in an effort to do just that. There are many treasures to be found in vintage and recycled pieces. An old necklace can be transformed into a beautiful necklace and earring set that has a unique charm and story to it. Recycling not only preserves resources, but creates designs that you will not see replicated in any store, website or social media site. You can be assured that you will have one of a kind jewelry that is uniquely yours!

What's In a Name?

Our name has a very special meaning. This labor of love is named after my daughter, Amber Layne. She is my guardian angel and will forever be in my heart. Each piece I create is done so with love, and in her memory.
